Shipping policy
Processing & Shipping Schedule Orders are processed and shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 flat rate (estimated 3–5 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders $45 and over
- Express Shipping — $15.00 (estimated 2–3 business days)
All orders ship within the United States via USPS or other major carriers. PO Boxes are accepted.
Local Pickup at Markets & Pop-Ups We occasionally offer local pickup at select Virginia markets and outdoor events. When available, a pickup option will appear at checkout at no charge.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Temporary Fulfillment Delays Occasionally, order fulfillment may be paused due to travel or scheduled breaks. During these periods, orders will be held and shipped on the next available Wednesday or Friday after we return. Any known delays will be noted on the store and/or in your order confirmation.
